Impressure is committed to protecting the privacy of any identifiable individual who uses the Site or our Services. We have established this Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) to explain what information we collect through the Site and Services and how that information is used. By using the Services or accessing the Site, you agree and accept the latest version of this Policy.

Information We Collect

Information we collect from our account holders

When you create an account on the Site, we collect personal and business information in order to provide access to the Services, and to allow us to administer your account including communicating relevant information about your account and the status of Impressure’s Services.

In order to provide you an account on Impressure we collect the following:

  • Your name
  • The name of your business organization
  • Your email address
  • A private password

If you agree to a paying account, we also collect appropriate credit card and billing information including:

  • A credit card number
  • A credit card expiry date
  • A billing address

Your full credit card information is stored in a PCI compliant manner. We do store a minimum of partially identifying credit card information for your reference and in order to better manage and service your account.

The information we collect during account creation may be used for the following:

  • Promote our services
  • Bill and collect money owed to us
  • Send you System Alert Messages
  • Enforce compliance with our Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law
  • Provide customer support
  • Protect the right and safety of our members and third parties, as well as our own.
  • Meet legal requirements like complying with court orders and valid subpoenas.
  • Prosecute and defend a court, arbitration, or similar proceeding
  • Support and improve Services we offer.
  • Communicate with you about your account
  • Send you informational and promotional content that you may choose (or “opt in”) to receive

Information we collect from your hosted pages and forms

The pages you create in Impressure, and that you choose to have exposed publicly, by us on your behalf are used to collect information that you have configured the page to collect (the “Data”). This Data gets sent back to us which we then forward on to your designated third party.

We consider the Data as extremely private, sensitive, and owned by you.

The Data is stored for a limited amount of time to make sure that it has been successfully delivered to your designated third party service, and to ensure that the Services are functioning normally. The Data we collect from your pages may be used for the following:

  • Provide customer support
  • Troubleshoot issues with our Services
  • Support and improve Services we offer
  • Ensure compliance with our Terms of Use, Acceptable Use Policy and applicable law
  • Protect the right and safety of our members and third parties, as well as our own
  • Meet legal requirements like complying with court orders and valid subpoenas

Information we collect from everyone

In order to troubleshoot and improve our Services we may instrument any of our Services, and any of the hosted pages or forms to collect anonymous usage data. The data may include IP addresses, browser User Agents, pages visited, buttons clicked, time spent on page, and various arbitrary metrics about browsers interactions with our systems.

Cookies

We do use persistent ID cookies on our site at www.impressure.io, and with our other Services. On our main site www.impressure.io, we collect analytics information in order to better understand our customers. For our other subdomains, we use cookies in order to provide you login in and account functionality. Our hosted pages do not make use of cookies by us, but our customers may implement cookies on those pages.

Logs

The servers that run our Services record information about requests that come in accessing our Services. These logs are kept for a limited period, and later destroyed. The logs are used for troubleshooting and improving our Services.

Security

We at Impressure are always working hard to protect any and all data the comes into our Site, and any of our Services. While we do our best to ensure the security of data, no service can be guaranteed 100% secure and you assume risk in using our Services and Site.

We strongly encourage you to never disclose your private password to anyone.
